Advance payment for the entire tour and Druk Air in must be sent to BhutanLh Tours & Trek by bank transfer, at least two months in advance prior to date of arrival, as your visa is cleared by the Government on receipt of advance payment only. For high season travel (January – June: Sept – Dec), it is advisable to remit payment for Druk Air flights three months in advance. This will help us to obtain confirmed seats on the requested flights. Please note all tour operators in Bhutan are subject to the following payment procedure and you can be assured of total security when using this payment method. 

Once you confirm your trip with us and on receipt of our invoice, the tour payment maybe remitted to the following overseas bank account, maintained by Bhutan National Bank in New York
